Elizabeth Jane Hurley (born Elizabeth Jane Hurley) is an English actress, model and the former Hugh Grant girlfriend. She gained fame in the mid 1990s. As of 1994, Hugh Grant gained global media attention because of the worldwide box office success of his movie Four Weddings and a Funeral Hurley accompanied him to the film's Los Angeles premiere in a stunning black Versace gown, which was pinned together by the gold safety pins, which earned the media's attention immediately. Hurley's relationship to Estee Lauder, a cosmetics maker, has been seen as the pinnacle of her career. Hurley's first modelling job was at Estee Lauder when she was just 29 years old. She has been modeling since 1995 for their products, especially perfumes such as Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures. Vanessa Kensington was her most popular character on screen in Mike Myers hit spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me(1999).
